Green Smoothie with slice Lemon

Great for breakfast on weight loss plan


1 scoop of Vegan Protein

3/4 cup of strawberries

1 scoop of spirulina

1 cup of fresh spinach

1 tbsp. of flaxseed oil

1 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar

1 slice of lemon




Beet Smoothie

Great for breakfast or lunch

Can help lower blood pressure, improve blood flow, reduce inflammation, and increase energy

1 cup of spinach leaves

1 cup of arugula

1/4 cup of carrots

1 tbsp. of oat bran

1 medium raw beet root, peeled and cut into wedges

1 scoop of vegan protein or 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk

1 cup of frozen berries or 1 apple


Cleansing Vegan Smoothie

2 avocados

2 cups of organic unsweetened soy milk or 2 plain soy yogurts or 1 scope of vegan powder

1 cucumber

2 leaves of mint

1 pinch of black pepper

1 apple

1 pinch of Himalayan salt

1 banana

1 avocado

2 cups of almond milk

2 tbsps. almonds butter or 2 tbsps. of peanut butter

1 tbsp. of coconut oil or flaxseed oil

Juice of 2 lemons

1 tsp. of soy lecithin
